Still Seeking - Children's Art Museum

I really, really want to find a children's art museum, and I don't know where to find one. I'd like a place that has great art displayed for small kids. Pieces that would appeal to children. A place that offers kid art workshops that are included in membership. A sculpture garden that kids can climb on, similar to the Children's Garden tortoise.

    thanks. I like the sound of that - Art Discovery Center. Oh, and that Cat in the Hat Memorial is cool.
